About New Hope RV

New Hope RV's is a growing dealership on the move. We have experienced a nearly 50% traffic increase and nearly 40% increase in number of units sold every year since we started!!! Millions of dollars of inventory, both new and used, and of numerous shapes and styles line our dealership's eight acres of graveled space. New Hope is located throwing distance from Interstate 540, just south of Rogers, AR. We have between 50 and 60 thousand cars drive by our dealership every day! It is estimated that 5000 new people a month are moving into the Benton County area that we are in. Also, surveys show that Benton and Washington Co.'s are both among the top five in the Nation of the most RV owners and users per capita! What that tells us is that the growth is only going to continue. To compensate for this growth, our 20,000 square foot service facility is now open as of March 2008!!! We've converted our old two-bay service facility into an indoor Pop-Up showroom.

Bruce Robb our service manager has always been dedicated to providing the most price conscious and timely, effective service available anywhere, and has 18 years of commitment with New Hope. Scott McCannon, our shop foreman, has 16 years of commitment and a hard-lined dedication to quality, timely service, educated technicians, and an efficiently ran shop. Both Bruce and Scott are Certified by the RVDA, and soon to be Master Certified. Because of this, we have gained huge customer loyalty and an incredible amount of repeat business! Our service technicians are certified to work on domestic appliances as well as just about every aspect of your RV. We can also handle your entire hitch, lighting, and braking needs when it comes to RV towing.

We feel that the definition of a good deal is when you as the customer get exactly what you needed and wanted and did it within the budget you had in mind before you started. We are dedicated to providing our customers with quality products that fit the bill for all of their needs. We are not interested in just selling you a camper and shoving you out the door. When you make a purchase at New Hope RV's, your RV is put through a very detailed PDI inspection. Everything on that camper that has a function is tested. Once that is done, we wash, clean, fill the propane tanks, put a battery in the camper, and prepare for the walk-thru and schooling session with you before you leave with your new RV.
