We believe that service is one of the most important aspects of an RV dealership. Our goal is to create a long-term relationship with our customers, and we know that taking care of the products we sell is a large part of that. Investing in a great service department is investing in our customers, and that we certainly do. Our new 20,000 square foot service center, features a 2,000 square foot parts store, 18 service bays, customer waiting area with restrooms, and so much more. As we’re becoming the top motor home dealer in the state, we have also prepared for oil changes and generator service with our newly installed pit and lift. And we will continue to provide warranty work on everything we sell, hitch work of all types, brake controls, wiring plugs, and trouble shooting.
Personnel makes or breaks a service department. We are convinced that we have the absolute best service personnel available. New Hope has 35 years of combined RV service experience! And our team was one of the first in the state to be awarded “Team 2000 Factory Authorized Service” by Dometic Corporation, as well as Winnebago Factory Certification.

Scott McCannon, our shop foreman, has 17 years of commitment with us and has a hard-lined dedication to quality workmanship, educated technicians, and an efficiently ran shop. Scott is also certified by the RVDA. |

Brian Meyers, our parts manager is yet another very important individual at New Hope that provides excellence. The work can’t get done without the appropriate parts. And all the extras that RVers enjoy come through this department. Also, it’s important to us that what’s under warranty is paid for by the manufacturers. |
